Our case surrounds the top, bottom, and back of the device. It allows you to reach all the ports and buttons without removing the case. You’ll be able to charge your phone, play music through your headphones, and change the volume without removing the case.
Our products are precisely machined and hand finished in Los Angeles, California. Our products are made when ordered and takes 5-10 for delivery in the United States. For international orders it will take 7-14 days for your order to arrive.
We ship all of our products First Class and Priority Mail via USPS. You will get an email when your order has been completed and shipped with an USPS tracking number.
Yes, AWE will replace or refund at no charge, any product that proves defective because of improper workmanship. In cases of manufacturing errors, or damage from shipping, we may simply ask you to send a photo for us to review. Refunds are available on most products as long as you let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
To get your return started, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Id and a description of why you want to return the product and whether you desire a replacement or a refund. We will respond within 24 hrs. When we refund an order, we credit your original payment method.
